Terms of Service

By visiting Programmer's Delight ("us", "we", the "site") and/or registering for an account (the "service") you agree to the following terms of service ("TOS"). If you do not agree to the TOS, please leave this website. This TOS may be updated at any time without prior warning to you, your continued use of the service after updates signifies that you agree to the changes.

  1. You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to use the service as per COPPA laws.
  2. You will not post anything to the site that is abusive, obscene, adult-orientated, threatening, illegal or deliberately false.
  3. We take no responsibility for material posted by our users and we take no responsibility for any information which is inaccurate or offensive to you.
  4. You take full responsibility for anything you post or contribute to the site.
  5. You will not crack or interfere with the site any way that may harm us or another user of the site.
  6. You will not post unsolicited messages or use details retrieved from us to send unsolicited messages to our users ("spam").
  7. You will not interact with or use the site in any way that is against Australian or International laws.
  8. You will not hold us legally accountable for any content on the site written by us or our users.
  9. Your use of the service is not a right, it's a privilege that we reserve to refuse anyone of for any reason.

Privacy Note

We reserve the right to display any information you give us on our site to public view. We will however keep your email address private from the public if you so choose, unless required by law. We will never send you unsolicited emails ("spam"). We reserve the right to send you Programmer's Delight newsletters unless you opt-out.

COPPA

To use the service you must be at least thirteen (13) years of age as per COPPA laws. COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) is a United States law that protects children's privacy. If you are under 13 years of age you must have parental consent to give information about yourself away on the Internet.
